Job/Internship Description: Online Program Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for a college student interested in writing and remote work to assist in maintaining our online program calendar and hosting Zoom meetings for writing workshops. The role includes introducing the instructor, monitoring the chat during the session, sending out recordings, reminders, and handouts, and providing overall support for smooth event execution. Key Responsibilities:
Current college student with an interest in writing or education.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with Zoom and other remote meeting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage workshop logistics.
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Most workshops are 90 minutes to 2 hours, held either at noon or in the evening.
Remote work from the comfort of your own space.
Pay: $20/hour minimum.
