Not Your Average Joe's in Watertown is looking for servers. Some experience preferred but not nessesary. What is nessesary is a positive attitude, a desire to deliver hospitality to create unforgetable guest experiences, ability to work closely with your teammates, smile like to have fun.
Qualifications include, working in a fast paced envirmonment, making drink and food recommendations to guests, properly ring in all items in a computer system, assist each other, bus tables, run food, seat guests, answer the phone, and handles guests complaints by listening to their concerns.
